Feature:

The SFX BMT tool holder is made of QT500 ductile iron, with a specially treated surface for rust resistance. The salt spray test confirms a resistance duration of up to 168 hours, and the theoretical rust prevention time can reach up to five years.
Using ZEISS THREE-COORDINATE, the output precision of the driven tool holder is within 0.003mm at the factory. When installed, the four-times diameter accuracy is 0.015mm.

We have them in production now, too early to make a true assessment however, my initial impression is that they are extremely high quality, well packaged and one thing that I really appreciate about them is the fact that they have the ER25 interface in lieu of the typical ER20.? Being able to use just a little bit bigger tool is very helpful in some cases.
The coolant nozzles are pretty good and the adjustment range is sufficient for pretty much any tool length, until you get real close to the collet, but I will probably just make new nozzles to direct the coolant basically at the face of the collet.? That is not a complaint, it is typical for us to modify the coolant delivery as needed.
I really like how robust the collet nut is constructed, allows the user to apply a significant amount of clamping force on the tool, less chance for slippage or pull out, etc.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase, you have been more than helpful and I will recommend these tool holders to quite a few of my colleagues.
