Demo Point Visit:
You’re welcome to visit one of our demo locations in the USA, Canada, Germany and China.

Remote Video Demo:
Send us your sample—we’ll conduct a test and provide you with a detailed demonstration video. Your tested sample will be returned for your evaluation.

Need a Customized Machine?
We offer free control panel design tailored to your specific requirements.
Once finalized, we’ll build and ship your customized machine—with no additional charge for the design service.

Once your order is confirmed:

We will immediately begin preparing your machine.

The tracking number will be shared with you as soon as it's available.

Upon delivery, a WhatsApp/WeChat support group will be created for real-time technical assistance.

You will receive operation videos and a user manual in English or German.
