30-Day Return Policy:

You may return the machine within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The machine must be in original condition, free from damage or unauthorized modifications.

All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

Please keep the original packaging materials and return the machine using the same packaging to avoid any damage during transportation.

Please contact us before returning any equipment to confirm the return address and return process.

 

Exchange Policy:

If the machine is damaged during shipping or has a quality-related issue, we will provide a free replacement.

If the machine has minor issues and you prefer to keep it, we are happy to offer one of the following options as a gesture of apology:

A partial refund, depending on the situation.

Free accessories or gifts as compensation.

 

Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our fault.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or specially configured machines are not eligible for return.

Machines with visible misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications will not be accepted.

If the returned machine shows significant wear, scratches, or usage marks, a depreciation fee may be deducted from the refund.

 

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued, excluding any transaction fees incurred during payment processing.
