Order Processing Time: 
Typically, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For customized machines or larger equipment — such as platform cleaning machines, platform welding machines, or fiber laser cutting machines — processing time may be extended based on specific requirements. We will notify you in advance if any delay is expected.

Shipping Locations:
We can ship to nearly all countries worldwide.

We have inventory for popular models in the following U.S. warehouses: California, New York, Kentucky, and New Jersey

Some products are also stocked in Canada.
We also have warehouses in Europe, allowing for direct and faster local delivery within the EU.

Shipping Methods:
We offer several shipping methods depending on the region and product type:

Express (UPS / DHL / FedEx):
For most standard machines, you will typically receive your goods within 5–10 days.

Air Freight (EU only):
If you're located in an EU country, we can ship by air, and you’ll receive your machine in about 15–20 days.
This option is usually DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all taxes and duties are included in the website price.
If you need faster delivery, we can upgrade to express shipping (5–10 days), but please note that customs duties may apply for this option.

Sea Freight:
Recommended for large equipment or bulk orders. Shipping time varies by region.
Note: Sea shipments do not include a standard tracking number, but we will keep you updated regularly.

If you have a preferred shipping method or freight forwarder, please let us know when placing your order.

Shipping Costs: 
Most locations include free shipping by default.

Duties & Import Taxes:
For USA, we can prepay all duties and taxes — the website price is the final amount you need to pay.

For other countries:
Buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local fees, unless otherwise agreed.
We will provide all required documents to assist with customs clearance.

Tracking & Updates:
Once your order is shipped:

We will provide a tracking number and shipping details (for express/air shipments).

If your shipment is by sea freight, there may be no standard tracking number, but we will regularly update you on the shipping status and estimated arrival.
